Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Yucca Valley Sunrooms & Patios, yuccavalleysunroomspatios.com, hi@yuccavalleysunroomspatios.com

Accepting these terms

These terms apply to anyone who uses the Yucca Valley Sunrooms & Patios website, asks us for an estimate or hires us for work. By using the site or booking a job, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work with us.

When a job has a signed written contract, that contract controls the work. If it says something different from these terms, the contract wins for that job.

What we do

Yucca Valley Sunrooms & Patios is a sunroom contractor in Yucca Valley, CA. We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms and patio covers, and we remodel existing rooms, for homeowners in Yucca Valley and the cities around it. You can read more about who we are on our About page, and see the services we offer from our home page.

What we show on this site is general information about our work. It isn't an offer to do a specific job at a specific price. The details of your project, including the design, materials and scope, are set in your written estimate and contract.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are free and come with no obligation. We base each one on what we see at your house and what you tell us you want, so the figure is only as good as that information.

An estimate is not a final price until you accept it in writing. Prices can change if you change the design or materials, if material costs rise before you accept, or if we find conditions we couldn't see during the estimate, such as damaged framing, a weak slab or hidden utility lines. When that happens, we explain the change and get your written approval before we do the added work.

Unless your estimate says otherwise, it stays open for 30 days. After that, we may need to update it.

Permits and approvals

Some sunroom and patio work needs a permit or approval from your city or county, and some neighborhoods have homeowners association rules as well. Your contract says who is responsible for each permit or approval on your job.

Start dates and finish dates depend on when those approvals come through. We aren't responsible for delays caused by a permit office, an inspector or an association.

Scheduling and cancellation

We set your start date once you sign the contract and any required deposit is paid. Dates we give are our best estimate, not a promise, because weather, material deliveries, inspections and conditions found once the work is open can move the schedule.

If you need to reschedule a visit or a start date, please call us at (760) 418-0263 or use our contact page as early as you can. If you cancel a signed job, you may be charged for materials we have already ordered that can't be returned and for work already done, as your contract describes. Any right to cancel that California law gives you is not limited by these terms.

Payment terms

Your contract sets the deposit, any progress payments and the final payment, along with when each one is due. Any deposit we ask for follows the limits set by California law.

Final payment is due when the work in your contract is complete, unless the contract says otherwise. We may pause work if a payment is past due, and we may charge late fees or collection costs where your contract and the law allow.

Warranties and what we don't promise

Any warranty on our workmanship is the one written into your contract, and it covers only what it says. Materials and products such as glass, panels, doors and roofing carry their own manufacturer warranties, and we pass those along to you where we can.

Warranties don't cover damage from misuse, lack of upkeep, changes made by others, storms, flooding, earth movement or other events outside our control. Apart from the written warranties above, our work and this website are provided as is, and we make no other promises, stated or implied, to the extent the law allows.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Yucca Valley Sunrooms & Patios is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost use of your home or lost income, that come from our work or from using this website. Our total liability on any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that California law does not allow us to limit.

Using this website

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it can contain mistakes or fall out of date. Don't rely on it in place of your written estimate and contract.

The text, photos and design on this site belong to Yucca Valley Sunrooms & Patios or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking us first.

Settling disagreements

If something about your job isn't right, call us first at (760) 418-0263 or reach us through our contact page. Most problems get fixed fastest by talking it through, and we'll work in good faith to make it right.

If we can't settle it that way, we both agree to try mediation before going to court, unless your contract sets a different process. Any court case will be filed in the state or federal courts serving San Bernardino County, California.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. Changes don't affect a contract you have already signed with us.

If you have a question about these terms, please get in touch through our contact page.
